HVT series Integrated Soft Starter Cabinet is three-in-one integrated design combines the switch gear, soft starter unit, and bypass cabinet into a single unit, resulting in a compact footprint and easy installation.
The standard configuration includes a grid-side vacuum circuit breaker and a bypass vacuum contactor, eliminating the need for separate bypass cabinets and switch gear, thereby reducing both cost and design complexity.
With a compact design, its volume is only 50%–60% that of other types of soft starters at the same power rating, saving valuable space. The cabinet is constructed from aluminum-zinc coated steel plates, CNC-machined, fully metal-enclosed, and assembled with a modular structure. It features an advanced multi-bending process, with lock bolts and nuts for connections, offering high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, and excellent parts interchangeability.
It can be equipped with either the domestic ZN63A-12 (VSI) series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, providing wide applicability, high reliability, and years of maintenance-free operation.
A highly reliable interlocking system fully complies with the “five-prevention” requirements. Each high-voltage compartment includes a pressure relief channel to ensure personnel safety.
